I am the founder of the Déal Negotiation Institute and the author of Winning With Ancient Wisdom: Negotiation Strategies From Asia and Europe. Born and raised in France, now based in Hong Kong, I work across cultures and languages to help clients negotiate with greater clarity, control, and influence.

My background includes more than 20 years of international experience, an MBA from HKUST, studies in Mandarin, and negotiation training through Harvard’s Program on Negotiation. This combination allows me to bridge practical business realities with structured negotiation thinking.
