Born and raised in France and now based in Hong Kong, I have built my career at the intersection of cultures, business realities, and strategic communication. This experience has shaped the way I work today: helping clients prepare better, think more clearly, and act more effectively when the stakes are high.
Founder and author
I am the founder of the Déal Negotiation Institute, created to empower individuals and organisations to negotiate confidently across cultures. I am also the author of Winning With Ancient Wisdom, a book that draws on negotiation strategies from Asia and Europe to offer timeless insights for modern decision-makers.
My approach is grounded in practical application rather than abstract theory. Whether I work with a senior executive, an entrepreneur, or a team preparing for a complex negotiation, my goal is to help them gain clarity, strengthen their positioning, and move forward with purpose.

Over the past two decades, I have worked across continents and alongside a wide range of stakeholders, including investors, buyers, vendors, and public-sector actors.
